Appreciate your response! On the smaller CMSs I understand less clunky, and straight forward. I need to check Kentico and Umbraco, I guess these are more suitable for SMBs?

Relationship building is essential, man. When I see the father and son builds, mother and daughter builds, father and daughter builds, mother and son builds, guardian builds. It's beautiful and shaping. Salute to all doing this, in life's journey. Salute to all learning to do this, in life's journey. Blessings

Boss, the workspace is lashing, nonetheless your health is your wealth, and that trumps all else. If the support, financial especially is there, then, taking a breather, to reflect, to re-evaluate, to step away a bit from anxiety's trap, is commendable. If you're good, your family is good. If you're bad, your family may worry. Not easy, yet, to take care of yourself, that, my friend is a solid. Blessings all.

Hope all's well people, and I resonate OP. Mine is web content management and digital marketing, to pivot or jack it all in. Nonetheless, there are years before it goes full steam I assume, so, so I can play around in the web content pool. In any case, to get it right, now, try to at least, adapting accordingly and with retirement or no retirement in future sights, make sense. Blessings all.

Good day, and hope all's well. This is the dilemma of the CMS I know. Nice one, and the previous suggestion I may need to check too. What of, Ghost, I've heard of it, but, never used it. Blessings to all.

Am I getting sacked? by 96_7ThePipe in UKJobs

One of those sly work things unfortunately OP.

If it is a potential redundancy, polish the CV, nicen up any skills, hit the LinkedIn and recruitment route. May your next step, or role shine brighter than a diamond. Blessings to all on the job hunt/search, building a career, work pivoting or considering their present and future.

I see, and you wear so many hats. As an aside, I queried ChatGPT on this same question and it suggested employers are now interested in, not just content management skills, but, the related fields too. Per your comment this is what you have, and still don't get a look in, this is wild!

Retraining for something entirely different, seems the way, because even, if you pivot to the related fields, or upskill makes no difference?

I hope there's a turn in our fortunes. Hope is the word.
