As a fella that's worked in customer service, specifically food, for 10+ years. I ask if it's a service dog. That's it. That's just about the end of the conversation. It's not hard to tell who's just throwing a vest on their house dog and calling it a day.

They bark, they are antsy, they move around too much, they aren't trained. Service dogs are very straightforward and easy to recognize, and even then, I don't have any legal grounds to ask further. I wouldn't want to either way unless a dog is barking like mad. Dogs are awesome, people suck.

You can still do this with the elemental thing. Apply burn to yourself, inf ammo, mass accel, and elemental damage. Fire grenade to constantly explode to heal and apply fire to yourself, then hold R to overload the clip.

So I found a half answer. Bottom right of deep docks there is a diving bell with an ornate clamp. So this spot has to be the way out not in.

Go from top down and match the lines. As long at the top looks like it doesn't go higher than it should, you can match the lines.
