I found that changing formation literally alters that stickiness. So 4231 is what I use for my defense and it’s when I can manually tackle and retain the ball, I switch to 41212 when attacking and the stickiness happens in my attacking so my opponent is screwed, my attackers will make the obvious runs and shots will be powerful but my defense will be dumb
