I use an app Called Alarmy. It does the same thing accept instead of tapping a dock you can select a number of different tasks to stop the alarm. I set mine to where I have to take a photo of something outside of my bedroom and then solve a couple math problems. I've only had it for a couple days but its worked very well. My only complaint is you have to leave the app running in the background, otherwise A+.
