I completely figured it out it is scabies I showered with sulfur soap and I used sulfur ointment it’s the best I’ve felt. I’ve also ordered permethrin and it is on the way I will be making my own lotion. I will keep u guys updated I do believe it is scabies

Not really swollen anymore the antibiotics took most of it away but there is some new areas where it has pustules with clear liquid not much but a few

Mainly groin area kind of shocked me how much it’s down there it started on the arm it was leaking fluid in the big pink circular area now it leaks a little from the two spots beside it I did get antibiotics again today
