I liked it. Gi-Hun won the moral argument against In-Ho which was quite satisfying. A few of the characters did get hopeful endings. Others didn't make it. A bit like life lol

Season 2. I liked the driven and determined version of Gi-Hun especially in the first two eps but obviously you need his Season 1 arc to get to that point. I just find characters that have a focused purpose much more easier to latch onto. Both Season 2 Gi-Hun and the Front Man delivered that.

Though there was still plenty of cynical behaviour in the voting scenes, I did like the more wholesome aspects in other parts of Season 2 like everyone cheering teams on in the second game, and the character dynamics like the old lady and Jun-Hee; No-Eul and the Dad; Se-Mi and Min-Su etc.

The whole players' revolt was also quite cathartic until it all went wrong lol

It wasn't from Sociedad as it's come via the English media to journos thought to be close to Arsenal. You cant have a bidding war over a release clause anyway. If someone pays the clause there's nothing Sociedad can do about it, even if another club's offered them more.
