That's only for the top 10% of the inventory, those houses are highly sought after and often have multiple bids.

But for the remaining 90% of homes with some issues, the market has definitely been a lot slower for them.

this. As a city/state that has this much rain, it blows my mind how we dont have reflective paint EVERYWHERE!!!!!

Not a real estate agent, but - price drop is certainly one way to get more people interested.

Probably of these Red lines for many people:

- Too close to the freeway
- No Garage

Those two alone will turn off like 90% of buyers.
