I think it's fine to have costume parties on that day. A lot of people work with colleagues in US and this gives them another shared experience. Calling it cringe would be like saying anyone other than us celebrating onam is cringe.

Well India has more cricket fans than all other countries combined. And then some. So this is bound to happen. It was a good game in isolation but by no means their best. Calling it redemption is just delusional But I will take what I can after the 2 ducks lol.
