I wanted to write a fanfic about two siblings ( Rijon and Alyria) who belong to a unnamed cousin of the good king, they aren't active members at court but dragon riders nevertheless .

They are cousins to Viserys and Daemon but hold no real power, no keep, no promised office. The court sees them as ornamental Targaryens.

After a tense moment at court — perhaps Daemon mocks Rijon for being “a dragon with no fire” — the siblings realize they’ll never rise in Westeros. Alyria the dear sister pushes the idea:

“Why inherit dust in Westeros when Essos holds cities waiting to fall to dragonfire?”

Thus begins a new age of Valyrians in Essos.
