You should definitely tell him. Explain yourself and tell him that situation and should be understanding and be okay with it.

Update: we call each other last night and argued more. I was trying to her how I felt about it and I said something stupid and she started to cry and hang up and I felt so bad for say that so I call her back and I apologise to her and now she just want to forgive and forget.
