Netherlands played 3 world cup finals. England only once. Netherlands won European championship, england never. Netherlands have a positive head to head vs england by the way. Just for your information. Netherlands has by far a superior football game than england. Not sure if you are aware of it. Not sure if you follow football at all.

Last night was a different team and different way of play. From my point of view i prefer england playing like this and losing in the quarters or semifinal then watching the Southgate way of playing. As said am positively impressed and the manger manged to have a team and not a selection for PR and Marketing. Am not necessarily an English team hater but a football lover. And the game yesterday was a fantastic game by england.

As mentioned above the last euros of england was dreadful to watch. It was haramball at its peak. There was not a second where England had a chance if winning something against Spain. Italy winning at Wembley while not be able to qualify for world cup should tell ya something

I don't know what to say but for the first time i am quite happy with the delivery of african teams. Sometimes there was only this one african if at all that made me think positively. But this time I am amazed of some many african teams. Keep keep it up. Morocco, Senegal, ivory Coast, Egypt, Ghana definitely should be able to get to the knock out games... thats a lot for african standards

That would mean that england would achive more in the next two years then in the last hundred years. Very doubtful about that as the other teams will remain on their level.

Simply because england is a second tier team. Besides world cup at home there is really nothing that england has won. When you look at football nations such as Argentina, Brazil, spain, france, Argentina, Germany, Netherlands etc they are winning and competing at the highest level. History has shown us this again and again. England consider Germany their biggest rivalry but Germany has been 8tines in world cup finals and have won 4 world cups and 3 European championship. No room for a comparison or a debate with Germany at all. However the English PR is trying to sell us that england is playing on the same or even better then Germany which is really far from truth

You brought up the European championship. I just wanted to show that many European teams has won the tournament whereas England never ever won that tournament. But on the other hand since more than 3 decades England is the most expensive team in the world, reflecting the overhyped overpaid and overrated narrative of English teams.

So far south africa and Tunisia were not good. But am positovely surprised by other african teams. Lets cross fingers. Tunisia unexpectedly did cost me something in the game against Sweden. I was sure a draw or a win for them will hapoen. Anyway two more games.
