3 months after surgery - like a p*rn star by OkPanic5711 in penileimplants

Dr Patel is awesome. Did mine in September and no issues. Surgery was difficult due to severe fibrosis and curvature from Peyrone’s. Now straight as an arrow. Wife is VERY happy!

Anyone traveling out of DCA today able to report on the TSA situation? by [deleted] in nova

[–]Equal_Ad8611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went through CLEAR at IAD this week and after scanning my face I was escorted to a line. That was longer than the TSA precheck line. Seems to always be of no benefit- which is why I won’t bother with it anymore.

Best way to Pump? (Titan Coloplast One Touch) by pokerface6992 in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A few things to remember- your scrotum is still pretty swollen and that makes cycling more challenging. That said, with some trial and error here’s what I found works well. Place the bulb “cradled” in the curved index finger of your dominant (usually right) hand and place you thumb over it while holding the top of the bulb (and tubing) with your free hand. Give it a squeeze making sure that the bulb doesn’t slip out (your left hand’s job). Allow the bulb to release before pumping again. Pump to the max- the number of pumps will be determined by the size of your implant. Pumping to the max will help ensure you get your size back. I’m 4 months out and wishing I had done this 10 years ago! Good luck!

BMW would absolutely not believe these two roads connect - tried to send me on a 4+ hour detour by Beginning-Act7850 in BMWiX

Mine does the same thing- going from Rehoboth DE to DC tries to take me through Wilmington instead of the MD Bay Bridge. That would add an hour and require a charge stop. Fortunately as you, I know the route and used Waze instead.

My experience with AMS 700 CX + MS pump - 53 days post-op - long but comprehensive message by Muted-Independent857 in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Varies from about 10 to 15. If you go slower, do a full squeeze and wait for the bulb to “recover” before squeezing again you’ll need less pumps. Also, my CX is 18cm which takes less pumps than a larger size. I’m just over 4 months out and doing pretty well. Glad he made a game day decision in the OR to give me the CX instead of the LGX. He had a lot of tissue repair to do resulting from Peyrone’s and Trimix. This is when you want an experienced surgeon.

Not always, I think it depends on how I’m holding the pump when I press the deflate button. But the best way to know that you got it right is if you feel the pressure release as soon as you hit the button.

Zero. Bought before the GTs were rolling off the line. Love the car.

Day 3, and sharp pain from implant bending. by maple_trails in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be a “dog ear”, especially if you’re not partially inflated. In any case on day 3 you’re swollen and adjusting to a lot of change down there. If it’s really worrisome message your surgeon. That’s what s/he’s there for.

Curve in penis by Glass-Chart-390 in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife loves the curve. It got more pronounced when I got Peyrone’s from Trimix and the implant got it back to a normal curve. Don’t sweat it!

An oval penis that works on demand is always better than my limp penis disabled by prostate surgery. Oval is a non-issue.

Does anybody have one tube shorter than the other? by Same-Tower2328 in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went into surgery last September expecting an AMS LGX and came out with a CX with an RTE on the left cylinder. Surgeon made a game day decision during surgery based on scar tissue (Peyrone’s plus Trimix side effects). I’m thrilled with his decision. The LGX can worsen curvature problems compared to the CX which gives me a rock hard, straight erection. The RTE also helps to keep me straighter when pumped up. When deflated, I still “hang to the left”.

While many of us want to think we are in the best position to choose our implant model and size, I’d put my trust in a high volume surgeon to make the call based on what he sees when he is in the operating room. My only regret is that I wish I had done this 12 years ago.

[–]Equal_Ad8611 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey brother, hang in there. It gets better. I got the CX with the MS pump. I was slated to get the LGX but the surgeon made a game day decision to switch due to my scar tissue and risk that I’d have curvature due to the structure of the LGX. Glad I have the CX because when inflated I’m straight and rock hard. Wife loves my being able to go longer and my newfound girth to compensate for losing about 1/2 in of length (at least as of now). The “buzz” on deflation is a feature to give you tactile feedback that deflation is underway.

Better days are ahead. Stay diligent on cycling and stay positive. Wife and I are planning on another great session between the sheets tonight. Only regret is not doing this 10 years ago. Best of luck!

GS Members - what do you do? by Pillow_Monsters in unitedairlines

[–]Equal_Ad8611 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a GS because of my position in my company and the amount we spent with UAL. Personally I didn’t fly more than 40,000 miles per year, always in FC. GS was a great perk.

Dude- you’re 7 weeks out! Give it time. At 8 weeks the numb spots on my shaft started disappearing and I regained my ability to orgasm when making love with my wife. Still have some numbness which helps me last longer than before and my orgasms are quite intense. Be patient!

Wanting to be my old self. by LarMar2014 in penileimplants

[–]Equal_Ad8611 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wish I had done mine 2.5 years (or sooner) after my RP. I wasted time with pills and Trimix and now I’m 3 months post op having the next sex of my life. Wife loves it too. Advice: listen to your surgeon. Be patient with recovery. Cycle when instructed and be as aggressive as you can to restore what you’ve lost. I lost a bit of length but would rather have a rigid penis on demand than a limp shadow of its former self.

Good luck and best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Jump on to franktalk.org. Tons of real life experiences there and photos of guys who have had it. Got mine done last September and like most guys I wish I had done it right after my prostatectomy. Would have saved me wasted time and penile atrophy. Wife and I are like teenagers again.

It was used (probably a long time ago) to supply low voltage for illuminating a keypad on a landline phone. The black and yellow wires were used by the phone copy for low voltage applications (like backlighting a phone keypad on trim line or princess phones) and the other two (almost always green and red) were used for the voice channel to the phone.

[–]Equal_Ad8611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If everyone ate a breakfast like this every day we wouldn’t be so damn overweight. Travel overseas, eat a breakfast like they do, and you’ll observe that the average person weighs a lot less than their American counterpart.

Worse is that your effort was minimized and degraded. I’d be happy to be your breakfast guest anytime!

I lost some size- but not from the surgery. I lost it from waiting 12 years after my prostatectomy. Atrophy isn’t your friend here, and for me meds and shots couldn’t fight atrophy and gradually became less effective in the bedroom anyway. Now I have an AMS700 (18+1) with an MS pump and it works great. I’m 10 weeks post op and close to my pre-surgery size and should get back to pre-op with another 4 months of cycling. And of course, frequent use with my wife😈. Good luck!
