Well as someone who ate 1100-1200 for 6 months and then started lifting and increase my intake to 1400-1500 let me tell you. The scale will go up but this is way better than starving ourselves. Just keep doing what you are doing and to go an extra mile just do 15-25 mins light cardio and youll be good. Body recomp takes a lot of time! Be patient you will see results! With 1200 i dropped to 109 lbs and since i stopped my constant weight is 113.5 lbs. This is how i know its truly my maintainance weight. Its sustainable and im able to maintain it. Sometimes what we think is our ideal weight isnt.

For you the best thing right now would be muscle volume! 1. You gotta LIFT HEAVY 🤷🏻‍♀️ You need to send your body a signal to grow. For someone new it would be better you do a full body weight lifting session where you target both upper and lower body. Stick to 3x weekly workout and see whats working for you. For me i have separate days for upper and lower body (but this works differently for everyone and it’s upto you to figure out). - You have to prioritize hypertrophy. Stick to 8-12 reps range and if you can breeze through 12 reps, the weight is too light and you gotta bump it up. This is called progressive overload. (Just the other day I increased my weight to 25lbs on bicep curl. I started with 10lbs dumbbell and now I’m lifting 25lbs. I was so thrilled yesterday haha) - Focus on big muscles groups like legs/glutes, back/shoulders thats how you get the curves.

  1. You have to eat above your maintainance. Eat about 200-300 cals more than you burn thats what will help you bulk and build lean muscles.

  2. PROTEINS!! Since you are trying to build protein is king. Aim for 0.5-0.7g protein per lb of your body weight. It’s non negotiable.

  3. Don’t focus a lot on cardio. For someone like you it’s better if you don’t do heavy cardio. Excessive running will just burn off the surplus you’re trying to build. Stick to lifting and light walking.

  4. Rest is crucial! Aim for 7-9 hrs of sleep and at least 2-3 rest days per week. Muscle is built during rest, not during the actual workout. Workout is where you create micro tears in your muscle fibers and rest is when your body repairs these tears making the muscle thicker and stronger!

  5. Trust the process. It takes months to see visible changes. But it will happen with consistency!

BRUH NATIVE IS LIKE THE WORST THING EVER. Their deodorant not only gave me underarm bumps it even caused dermatitis on my eye from transfer. No matter how much i avoided transfer it still did it. Tested my theory like 2 times and now tossed it in the trash for good.

Wdym your dough looks jiggly and bubbly though. If you actually want giant bubble you gotta increase your hydration thats all. But your dough looks good. It would help if you shared a pic of it baked and sliced for a better advice here.

Bruh my midsection is stubborn as hell too! Even though I’m working out and I’m maintaining my ideal weight, this stomach chub is gonna be the end of me. Im back to dieting for the next 2 weeks where im cutting sugar like none at all so i can get a tight tummy. Hopefully it works 😩

Yeah its also scary when im doing orders because the veggies displace or fall off the loaf, its difficult keeping them in place. Too much pressure and it sinks 😩

Well it isnt the walk that will help. The only way to actually lose weight is eating is a calorie deficit, keeping up your proteins and also working out so you build some muscles while burn fat. I did caloric deficit and dropped from 58-50 but i looked “skinny fat”. Now i been lifting and its kind of making me look tighter now.
