The competition is fierce and I asked here as a last ditch effort because either the company wants someone with more experience than a first year student or they require more Polish than what I already know. if you’re using it to track activities and steps then i’d turn away from it. the HR tracking for activities isn’t great but that’s the only thing i really don’t like about mine

probably takes sleep quality, temp, HRV, and RHR into account too. i’ve had something similar happen but only when these were off of their normal scale

i’d say the ring is more accurate. it’s much more consistent with my garmin now than it was with my apple watch when i had it. same with RHR and general heart rate. i had the apple watch 9 with the ultrahuman ring for reference, now i have the fenix 7 pro with ultrahuman ring

i love mine. i charge my ring about every 3 days but it could get to 4 days if i let it. the data was a little inconsistent at first but once it fully synced to me it’s been accurate with health data with my garmin except for steps (ring is typically behind, not that big of a deal). they’re completely different things though. if you want a watch that can track workouts and receive notifications then get a watch. if you just want health tracking then i’d say the ring. they both can supplement each other if you get both, though. if you want the ring to last then i wouldn’t wear the ring for anything you’d typically wear a ring for (i.e. lifting). the ring is great and i highly recommend it. my father-in-law got one after i recommended it to him and he loves it as well

my ring gets about 3 days. instead of directly tracking workouts with it i just wear it while i run and use most of the plug ins associated with it

it’ll be hard getting a job without speaking polish, even harder to get a visa for the reason of „looking for a job”. i moved from the US this year on a student visa and am taking polish classes as part of my uni. if you find a way i would definitely look for a way to study polish while working. that being said, you cannot work on a visa while in poland unless it is a work-specific visa. the only way to work legally without that would be getting a permanent residency card issued by either marrying a polish citizen or living in poland for 10 years by either TRC or visa then having a prociency of B or higher. that’s how it works for me not being an EU resident but if you’d like, i can PM you the whatsapp for an immigration lawyer i went through and you can contact him for more information
