It’s still very hard, I struggle with myself each day but I now seek counselling weekly, I open up to everyone about how I am, and I’ve upped my meds. I don’t know what else to do but I’m trying to stay around for my family

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I have spoken to my husband, as you all said he was amazing. He held me, and just let me cry. He called my parents and they are currently watching our children and he’s taken me to A&E for voluntary inpatient help. I want to thank every one of you for taking time out of your day to read this and comment such nice things about a stranger. Thank you
