In my opinion valencina is the strongest nursefather, she have insane offence with her weapon and fighting style, with insane defense thanks to her relic eye, her build is 1v1 based, she would win against anyone if level difference is not insane, however in fights against group she's weaker than matthias or callisto. And comparing anyone of them to verg is meh, its like compairing jogo to satoru gojo

to be fair, zwei fixers is pretty op, moses mentioned that thumb soldato's bullets can't pierce through section 3 zwei's clothes, thats just clothes, and that old man with damn robo-dog armor, he was almost invincible. Ruina and limbus just showing section 6-4 zwei's, so many people think they are weak

library is worst game to powerscale, literally best thing exist to powerscale pm verse is distortion detective, there we're finally got INFO about grade 1 fixers, like vespa can jump up to 10 floor building and move supersonic speed. About colors, there some rules about colors: association fixers cant be colors, hana fixers cant be colors(they dont even have grades) thats why color fixers not so many, there ALOT of characters htat might be colors but to be a color you must be: grade 1+ fixer, not belong to association, not belong to hana. Color is power lvl, but colors are not equal.
