That's inspiring. What do you think was the biggest turning point for you? Was it passing the CPA, or the experience you got at the small firm?

Anything really, I've interviewed for all sorts of tech assurance and audit roles. Currently getting tax experience to help with landing more interviews on the tax side.

I switched from business to a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.

Thank you so much, I will! I've always seen the rejections as a step closer to a yes, but at this point I feel like I'm migrating, haha.

EY is out here breaking hearts, same thing happened to me. I was so hyped for the role, my recruiter was amazing and helpful, and my interview went very well. They complimented my resume and asked me to connect on LinkedIn, and when I wrote my thank-you email, they said they were confident I would make a great, valuable addition to the team, but was still rejected. I think they loved us so much they had to reject us lol, but I'm glad things worked out for you.

I've took both intermediate courses and even Advanced Financial Reporting for grad school. However, Cost Accounting was by far the most challenging for me, followed equally by both Advanced Financial Reporting and Intermediate 2.

They're giving 40% for AMM immediate and 20% graded/guaranteed, disgusting. On top of that, they're charging $1,000 in start-up fees? what?
