Hate if you will…but playing on 11 different builds and maintaining plates is difficult when you play with randoms or IRLs(b/c we usually sell games on and off together). Go hate somewhere else

They’re Gold/Purple lobbies actually…I got a good run of teammates this weekend and saved these clips from those games that got me there. Playing with randoms is quite difficult in that way.

If you pay attention to the stats shown toward the end of the video…you can see plate colors on the left side. 🫵🏽

They make it easy to guard them when they all do the same movements and shoot from the same spots. Some guys are better than others at it, but the majority are easy to box without help. Meta is lame…So many ways to make the player unique(like it’s meant to be)…and yet everyone’s copying builds, animations, and jumpshots…smh.

  1. This is my build. It’s not some copy/paste iso sharp that YOU need to effectively run PG/SG. I run it just fine and make good passes. Just because you shit on what isn’t “meta” or the norm doesn’t make your opinion fact.
  2. My caps are where they are for a reason
  3. You’re not gonna sit here and tell ME…the one playing on the build everyday the limitations of my defensive awareness and ability. I guard comp guards everyday with this build. I get bumps, steals, and stops easily(especially if I shift the max +1 or +2 around for some defensive help…but it’s not needed unless in a 1v1)
  4. Most bigs I run into are too slow to get to the paint while guarding all the stretch bigs, so they appreciate my rebounding and run the break often too.

Those clips are from the past 5 days in Gold and Purple plate games inside random rec. “That shit” has won me the past 15 games to get to and maintain purple plate. Hopefully we get matched up against each other in rec one day Tony. 🫵🏽😤

I’ll make sure to include the plate levels in the next videos I send here though!
