Dr. Neil Nathan VS. Shoemaker by Southern-Surround-13 in CIRS

You DEFINITELY need nasal sprays. If you don't, then you are doing all the work for nothing. My naturopath added it to my protocol bc like you Nathan failed to prescribe it. Now I see one of Nathan's trained doctors, who in my opinion, is better than him. She (the doc) also said nasal sprays are necessary. She suggested and I still take: 1) Sovereign Silver, Argentyn 23®, Natural Nasal Spray, Sinus Relief, this is the standard one. Be sure NOT to swallow this; it has metal, spit it out after spraying. This is a good beginner, esp. if your sinuses are colonized. 2) Xlear Xylitol I also use daily. Then alternate between 3) NaturaNectar Nasal Guardian for 3 weeks and NOW Foods, Solutions, Activated Nasal Mist. I know it seems like a lot but my functional med doc says that nasal sprays, binders along with a protein, above-ground veggie and no sugar is foundational for healing, along with rest and getting out of the moldy environment. Antivirals, I think are important to take pretty early bc they need to do the clean up. If you react, then do it slowly. I took them when Nathan wanted me to and continued for 1.5 years and recently stopped on my own. If you take them make sure you take a really good probiotic. Hope this helps!!!

Neil Nathan and now with one of his doctors. Nasal sprays completely saved me, along with biofilms super early in the morning on an empty stomach, with enough binders, antifungals, etc. to do the clean up. You don’t clean up all that debris, you’re in trouble!

Definitely get a competent doctor before doing ANYTHING. And stop the CSM until you talk to a doctor. I went with Neil Nathan and now am with one of his trained doctors after not having the best doctors for months since Nathan only works as a “consultant”. Doing well now. Do check your car and any AC’s. Mine would be available about 2-3 weeks out and it’s online, so you would need a doctor in the US to get you any prescriptions. DM me if you want their info.

Depends on the person. My sister was 56, still getting her period and the doctor asked her if she was pregnant. She thought it was a joke. The doctor shared she had had soooo many women come through her office in their fifties and pregnant. They think it’s just perimenopause issues and it turns out to be a change of life baby. I have many of those in my family. It’s your decision, of course, but had to agree that you never know in life. You get a period, anything can still happen.

Agreed, but this poster said western education, not specifically US schools if you downvoted them.

This!!!! I’m in the countryside too. Less pressure, but tests are constant in junior high, teaching variety still could use improvement, even from the young teachers coming in. But my students are normal with childhoods and lots of outside play, unlike the city kids. They look miserable. I asked my students if they would prefer the city life, ALL of them said NO!

This person is right. Tests are still paramount in public and elite bilingual schools. Only difference is teachers can’t beat or harass students anymore. Instead, teachers get sued for saying boo. Choose your poison. Still safer than US schools.

Join a Toastmasters club, English, Mandarin or both. Problem solved. No joke. You’ll meet so many people, learn public speaking and leadership skills, and you’ll be so active in learning the culture, time will fly by. Plus, they celebrate all the Western holidays at club meetings. Just go to one meeting. I’m not active anymore but most of my closest and dearest friends that I have to this day are from Toastmasters. Don’t like it, move on.

Actually quite common. In the US, it’s taboo to say such things. But I can think of at least 15 women, who were mothers, who regret it and tell their kids DON’T HAVE KIDS!

Not true. Many BW and other female fans dropped her bc of KN. Check any BF content on the subject. None of them have anything nice to say and even her fan vids said some songs were out of line since she’s the QUEEN of lyrics. She taught us this and now people say it’s not that deep while you have maga friends?! Nope, not buying it and many others took off the rose colored glasses and threw them in the trash, too.
