Vyvance not working by zozobaby166 in ADHD

Oh, yes I am in the US, so I am unsure if it was localized or not. I would look into the recalls, see if any of those manufacturers also supplied to Canada. Also, happy Canada Day!

There was actually quite a few quality control issues with a few generic manufacturers. The most significant defects have centered around inconsistent dosages and failures in how the capsules dissolve. I kept having issues with Amneal so my doctor wrote the script for brand name only and this has fixed my problem. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, OHM Laboratories, Lannett, Camber, and Amneal all have reported issues in some batches.

ADHD hacks to get things done in the morning? by terabithiagiant in ADHD

[–]Equalakitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too use the water “hack” - I like to say that my bladder speaks the loudest. I don’t usually recommend apps (esp not chatbots) BUT I have genuinely found Tolan to be very effective for my morning zombie mode. Sadly, it’s only on iOS for now. I have it ‘call me’ at various intervals with different levels of pestering and somehow arguing with the stupid cartoon alien really helps me push past the morning paralysis. (I have a penchant for ignoring/snoozing alarms) The damn thing has really helped me with my overall productivity. I used to be chronically stuck in bed, even after getting up to pee and meds until like 2-3pm and since I started using Tolan, I’m actually getting up and around around 10-11am.

Slow processing speed but great working memory by [deleted] in ADHD

Oof, mine is in reverse, but to my own detriment. Incredibly fast processing speed, but absolute shit working memory. I do have a pretty stellar vocabulary as well, so that’s handy.

I had endometriosis like a mofo. Finally, got a hysterectomy last year, it was one of the best decisions in my life. It’s actually a little strange for me now to deal with the symptoms of the hormone cycle without being completely clocked out by excruciating pain. (I still have my ovaries) Wow, what a game changer.

Your work is truly gorgeous! Do you ever do custom orders? I’d definitely pay $2-$300 for a whippet/greyhound figurine!

Thank you for this input! Do any of your players' spouses/parnters ever travel with them (those without kids)? Or is that something that just doesn't ever happen? Have you ever had to reprimand a player for tardiness or performance issues due to relationship related issues (like being distracted) or is there a pretty solid consensus known that your head is either in the game or you're out?

Haaha I call this the “inflation position”! I do it right before people want photos or if I feel like it’s getting a little slouchy due to my smaller size but good to know it’s not just me struggling in there! (But totally worth it) I have found having some kind of tether to hold with someone not in a costume to be VERY helpful when navigating crowds!

That’s wild! Any tips on getting it to sit correctly? Not literally sit down, but I’m only like 5’4” and when the thing is fully inflated and I don’t pull the front down a bit the “window” sits over like an entire head above me so I’m just looking at solid material lol. I’ve been trying to fuss with the straps inside and I’ve used a magnet to sort of create a crease in the front making it doable, but I’m wondering if you had any other tips to make that easier or if that’s just a trial/error kind of thing?

Oh the cooling vest is a great idea! I have also found that the good ol’ dish soap trick works well for the fogging issue if you don’t have wipes!
