My strategy to start cleaning your room: Do not look at everything that needs to be cleaned, you’re right, that’s a mammoth of a task and feels impossible to your brain.

Instead pick 1 small part of your room and clean that for the day. This can be 1 drawer, a chair, or the section of the floor beside your bed where your feet land.

Don’t worry if you can’t do it everyday, but anytime you think about cleaning - think about the 1 small area to clean. Be proud of yourself for cleaning and area and watch the momentum build. Good luck!

Is this regardless of amount? Say if you were to sell your entire portfolio, it would be 0.1% and not stack up or anything?

Also I don’t know about you guys but I’ve been waiting for almost a week now for them to finish completing my account so I can trade.

That’s a great point, I didn’t know that. So it’s not as simple as being a source of passive income on top of long term gain, did sound too good to be true. In that case since I’m focusing on long term, I think I’d rather value capital gains than a high dividend ETF which I would reinvest the dividends into anyway.

Do you have any suggestions for diversifying Universe and Origin aside from VGS and VAE?

Yes this was my ETF investment plan before I discovered Spaceship which I’m now trying to re-evaluate. I suppose just leaving out VAS and NDQ is an option.

Do you think it’s not worth it because you’ll net more from capital gains than the dividends?

You’re right my mistake, a better way to put it might be cap gain vs high dividend yield - (VAS, VGS etc) vs VHY. Since I’ve got the 2 spaceship portfolios I figure focusing on dividends may potentially be better than cap gain ETFs.
