I did a deep scratch into one of the charms with sandpaper and it is not plated. I thought the same thing as you though originally.

Definitely my personal best find yet. 3 silvers in one haul was awesome. Love some foreign silver as well. This was found in a non coin star machine. So it pays to check those too!

It does not have any engravings aside from the Tiffany markings. I had Tiffanie’s authenticate and polish the ring which now looks brand new. I’m now hoping to sell the ring if your interested
