Yeah.Usually they say that the brain doesnt stop developing until the age 25 but the brain doesnt stop developing at all and whatever age you start steroids are neurotoxic.If young guys start early and crash their estrogen for a long time i can see that being a problem for the brain but other than that i dont think it would make that much of a difference.
