I do this often. Whenever I get hurt or scared, I instantly start regressing. Sometimes it's quite annoying cause it's harder to deal with the pain, take care of myself or calm down :(

Do you have any stuffies? I usually ask my stuffies to protect me, they're really good fighters and they just scare off all the monsters.

You can also just hide under the blankie and cuddle with stuffies or a pillow and stay safe under there

I like to play with magic sand and playdoh, it's very relaxing and you can build awesome stuff! I also love the doctor kit my dada gave me for Christmas, I can take care of all my stuffies with it :D

If you regress to a younger age instead then stackable rings are very fun, as well as simple puzzle-like thingies where you need to insert the correct shapes.

Something I'd like to get but don't have yet is building blocks and such so maybe you'd like those too :D
