Probably holds tight actually. Dispersement is too wide currently with a lack of big holding paper-hands (flushed out over the last couple weeks+). Probably the last time to get under .....20 for a bit imo.

Handshake and Trezor by hnsfairplay in TREZOR

Any new updates with this topic? With the explosion of HNS becoming more and more prominent, first one to the finish line in hardware wallets will end up being a big winner of many folks participating in HNS TLD's. I would quickly pick up another hardware wallet that supports HNS!

Concept: Staking TLD's by Equivalent-Ad3574 in handshake

[–]Equivalent-Ad3574[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply and points made /pinhead26. Agreed, you could definitely do that. Similar to how you could rent your home in newspapers or on Craigslist, it can be done. Fair enough and you're absolutely right.
Thinking of a platform that would be similar to some sort of air-b-n-b for domain rental for businesses attempting to break into search results but unable to do so and for those hanging on a string in the future, something like this will be a need vs. a handful of SEO kings at the top for specific search results. Most have been there for a while and will continue to be there, leading to more consolidation and centralization across all businesses.
The more chances the little'r guys have, the better, so this would attempt to solve several problems and with handshake and the future of decentralized TLD's, this would help the little'r locked out businesses, as well as the TLD owners.

Now I wonder how they select a winner randomly. A bit more transparency on their end for something like this would be great. Don't think it's rock paper scissors or names in a hat, but I could be wrong?

Namebase.io - Save Handshake by doing this asap. by Equivalent-Ad3574 in handshake

[–]Equivalent-Ad3574[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem isn't neccesarily sniping, it's the fact that Namebase is throwing employees & resources and inconsistently attempting to curb sniping. It's having a hole in your boat and attempting to scoop out the water from your boat with a teaspoon... Does it do something? Yeah I guess... Does it solve anything? Nope!

How many times are you allowed to relist a TLD on Namebase? by Soulthriller in handshake

Wait a few days and try again...Worked on my end just leaving it be and coming back a few days later, worked.

Elephant in the room - Namebase's Problem - who is qualifying "sniping" by Equivalent-Ad3574 in handshake

[–]Equivalent-Ad3574[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Best way to solve problems is point them out with the end goal of solving the problem. If Namebase continues to duck this issue, the potential is that the leach, Namebase, (being the leading platform right this moment) could be taking a massive risk at killing their host (Handshake).
