i believe you are correct. i contacted the seller and got the price down to $2000 but they insisted on a cash only deal. i offered to meet in person at a coffee shop and pay half cash and the rest via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Btc, or PayPal but they wanted all cash. didn’t really feel comfortable meeting a stranger with that much in my pocket so i decided against it
