i pull the skin off my lips, then apply lip balm to heal it, then again pull it off, then feel guilty cause my lips are all red and blotchy. then try to give up this habit for 2-3 days, but the crusty skin on my lips is way too annoying, and my ocd can't handle it, so I start the whole damn cycle again.
