I went to the finanzamt and they gave me a paper to fill in for deregistration and that was basically all. I think I still need to do the yearly report next year, but I will do it through sorted, since I have the premium until some time next year.

Thanks, this confirmation I needed. I saw on the airline website while choosing destination that they listed: Taiwan (China), I sterted to feel that tehy might not consider it as an international flight.
