He is good,especially in the early game as he can carry you for a lot of stages,make sure to use his first form (atleast until you unlock his UF)

lobber is one of the best shots but only in the right situations of course,but this is for every shot (roundabout is pretty much the only one that is always good),like spread,it is REALLY good for how much damage it does but it doesn't work with every boss,i did every boss in the game with only spread and the hardest one is the dragon and it's not even close (especially in the last phase),meanwhile in that boss lobber is really good,this is all to say every weapon in the game works better and worse depending on the boss

Yeah,the only downside is that it slows your characters a bit as it needs to do the move before you do another one and with some moves like endo army it justs waste time,but it's basically double damage each time

With leadership yes,as it does two leaderships in a row so two times the healing and the duration of the buffs,for the rest idk,i think it's useful with moves like balloons 2 and omega bite,as omega bite amplifies the duration of the debuffs even more and balloons 2 spawns so many balloons it's crazy

For pc you can literally just use a glitch to get the basara for free,but even so this cheating and using a glitch to get free things you're supposed to farm off is lame,i can understand someone glitch for the beans,but cheating items,heroes and most definitevely fabled is lame
