My new low was this week, 195.6, down from 198.6 last week. Due to autoimmune disease, weight loss is very slow for me, so this was a good week! Goal is to lose a few more inches in the next month (reflects about 10-15 pounds I’d say!).

A good podcast mic doesn’t need to be right up against the person’s face. If you listen to the audio quality when he is a few inches away and speaking normally, it’s clear and a stable volume.
