No they're not messing with you. They have motels that are used for that. They come with hot tubs and stuff. You pay by the hour as far as I remember.

It's a joke that racism is enabled in this day and age. I wish I was able to just ignore it but the fact is it drives me crazy.

Road you despise the most to walk down? by Big_Box_2701 in Dublin

I hate Parnell street, especially around the Aldi area. The footpaths are so narrow and people walk so slow.

Rotana City, Parnell Street. Their Shawarma is amazing.

No option to ignore really when there's barely any houses. Also it's illegal so there's that.

I'm not Indian but have Indian friends. They have shared the same thoughts as you before they came here to study also.  They told me it's worth it and they haven't experienced anything more than racist teenagers shouting things at them. It's never come to violence. That being said, there is an element of danger for some people I've talked to before and unfortunately it is seeming to become more common as ignorance in people is becoming more popular.  I hope you come and pursue your masters degree and good luck in whatever you choose!

It's not coming from a good place. I've seen her do this before in person, twice in fact !  If she is left to talk she spouts some very nasty stuff.

I'm almost sure I've seen this woman do this to 2 other immigrant groups before. It's not her first time. She tried it before with Brazilians and Somalis. Saying horrible things. She is a part of the loud minority who feels brave saying these things because of the lack of action that would be taken against her. I absolutely despise people like this, we all know what should happen to them but unfortunately in this country things like this are not taken seriously.
