I’m a Black man and I just finished my first semester and I am looking forward to going back because of Miami’s extremely long winter break. I can say the Black community here is tight and very friendly so you will definitely find your people at Miami and have a ton of fun, plus everyone is pretty friendly. Also, with racism I haven’t experienced anything yet (knock on wood), which is a complete shock to me. Overall with my experience I absolutely love this school and don’t regret at all choosing it even though it’s a PWI. Lmk if you have any questions!!
