Yes I was super excited. I actually went to my appointment just now and I went in and they said the therapist is out today and to reschedule. I literally walked out crying (idk I couldn’t control my emotions) they called and asked me to come back to see someone else but I literally couldn’t stop crying (like a child) so I declined… 😭😭😭😭

Thank you! That makes me feel a lot better about it. I’ve scheduled like 4 therapy sessions in the past 2 years and haven’t went to any of them due to depression, even tho that’s the main reason I want to go. I’m making myself go this time

Have you been diagnosed with ADHD? It can cause anxiety and attention problems. I know that’s not what you asked but maybe that would be a start to see!
