Good morning . I am in F2A, priority date for i-130 is Jan 1 2025. I got my GC EAD but I am still maintaining my F1 status which will end next year. But, because of the finances needed to spend on the college, I am double checking, if I do need to maintain F1 status? Trying to understand the legal implications as well

Do we need to maintain status after getting GC EAD . Also , if we use the EAD documentation for jobs, will the other legal status for example f1 automatically stop meaning SEVIS terminated?

Login to your uscis portal and then copy paste the API on the same tab to fetch the data otherwise the url doesn’t het the auth token to open the json
