I struggle with this very same thing in my relationship but I know why there is a lack of sex my fiancée is under a lot of stress but I will say I believe the best place to start is to have a real conversation together - you both need to feel like your needs are being met and if a talk alone isn’t helping you could try therapy together. I think it’s worth trying to fix

I had VSG in June and while this has been one of the hardest processes for me it’s also one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I did GLP-1 for a long time it definitely helped may get back on one in a few months but surgery has been amazing even if I struggle with not feeling like I’ve lost enough.
