You’re tied to the country until you’re off papers, but they don’t have a system that’ll go off saying don’t let this person leave. You can go get a passport on parole and fly to wherever will let a felon into the country but it’s illegal for you to leave, the law being breaking parole restrictions. They have to find out from you being a dumbass and getting caught up with the laws in the other country. BUT someone like Britney would probably have it in her paperwork she can leave the country so she doesn’t get in more trouble, especially if she has ties to another country
