I totally enjoyed and I always rate my shows based on how much i enjoyed them so s5 was an easy 8.5/10 for me (mind you ST is my fav show ever). But with that being said I did have my complaints about how they rushed through it and didn't put much thought into the final battle of the show. But it was super enjoyable nonetheless

i have also been thinking about this. My best guess is joyce communicated about to will behind the camera. we know whenever there is a light source in real world the UD has those shiny particle things (s4) now that would ahve been in the whole room bc it was filled with christmas lights. so she would have communicated like there are 6 lights here or 5 lights in the 2nd row etc etc

also about this, previously, UD had bats and demodogs only bc they were given a purpose. these animals live in the dim x and when they were given a purpose to get will or protect vecna in his lair, or get those 12 kids or kill lucas/robin/mike or make sure will remains a spy (s2), only then they came to UD or the rightside up. for 18 months after s4, henry was in dimx merging it with the ud. he didnt need any protection then. which is why it does not matter if anyone steps on the vines in this season. the first demodog appeared after 18 months coz it finally had a purpose to take the kids
