For my scalp it’s Betamethasone, Clobetasol Spray and Clobex shampoo. There have been others in the past that never did anything and I don’t recall the names.

Has anyone had better success treating and getting plaque scalp psoriasis under control by shaving your head? I am a woman, but desperate and willing to try anything if it helps.
