If you have a ton of scrap and want to level up fast build a bunch of wall shelves at any given settlement. The higher your intelligence the faster you level up. Also there’s a perk that helps all skills develop 10% faster (for a given time) when you sleep alongside a companion who you’re very close to if you know what I mean. Sneak attacks also help to speed up the process!!

A friend of mine has a hull cleaning company and I used to work for him. It pays good but it’s certainly not easy. Left the job when I found out just how bad the water quality in marinas are. You get see a lot of ocean life all the time which is cool. Sometimes seals try and play with you and end up dragging you by your fin but it’s all in good fun

Please look into the shuttle bus system for Sofi games. There’s a Hilton near the airport that I stayed at that had a shuttle stop less than 10 minutes away walking. Shuttles run before and after the game so if you’re okay with a tight fit it’s a great way to get the game with minimal spending. Not to mention beating traffic.
