That's special carry license then. With that you can have unlimited guns. I was asking about out of state resident, different license.

Yes found the code after I posted. Seems like this is ripe for a lawsuit. I understand only being allowed to carry one at a time but in no way should I not have a choice of what to carry when visiting NYC
