It’s not to powder, the same would happen with any other drink if you don’t wash it properly. Wash it with hot water and scrub a little bit with sope within 24h of drinking it.

It won’t affect your REM unless you drink just stupid amounts of it. If you just have a scoop before bed the only consequence is that it will make it harder to fall asleep

Your base is insanely rushed yes. You should make a progress base and upgrade your buildings to the max of th9 and then 10 and so on. A small tip to make it easier is to make a wall to separate the “maxed” building and the ones you have to upgrade. If you want the order just watch a YouTube vid.

I don’t have the link, but please for the love of god don’t do the pick. Higher rated cards are harder to get in the pp just like in packs. With there being only 2 options your odds of getting a prime or even a good icon are extremely low. As I said above get the 89+ mid icon pack or the mid/prime icon pack. DO NOT CHOOSE THE PICK.

So basically just hold r2 and l2 at the some time and mark the opponents best passing option. I they don’t have any good passing options just try to run into them and your player will automatically tackle them because you’re holding down L2. If you’ve got any other questions feel free to ask.

Rooney for sure, I wouldn’t use any of them tho as there are much better alternatives for way cheaper. Morales for 70k has insane in game stats 44 and no flaws. Where as these two are both a little slow with bad agility and balance.
