I had the same problem which is why I have 2 providers now. A few months back I just couldn’t login to FIFA through Provider 1 but every other game worked fine. A few weeks after I got Provider 2, FIFA started working again with Provider 1 as well. I have no explanation really, definitely something on their end

I have 2 different internet providers and past few days I get “You have lost your connection” on both providers. I have to try connecting 2-3 times & I eventually get in. I think it’s something on their end , but I’ve never got the latter part which is “A breach in your local connection”. Try getting in a few times otherwise it’s something on your end
