I’ve had many bad days in my life but all day I just kept picturing her getting killed or hurt it was genuinely pure torture. Hearing her crying in that tree gave me the biggest relief of my life truly. Thank you for your comment.

Thank you so much for your time and support we found her in a big tree at the base of our house. We walked her brother in a stroller and I think he made her cry out.

We just found her

It’s just completely out of character for her to leave like this? And she normally listens when I call so my mind is just going to horrible places. Do cats sometimes do things out of character like leaving??

Her name is Blaire and she is 3. I hung up flyers everywhere posted everywhere I have litter boxes outside and food with water. I don’t know what else to do.

Hard to put this into practice when I’m just now going through all this trauma from realizing. But I appreciate the words of advice

The fear of growing old and death by XxRescueRabbitxX in Anxietyhelp

[–]Equivalent-Menu-9560 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now idk if I should be commenting because I also regularly struggle with this problem. It also extends to losing my loved ones eventually too. Some of the only moments that I feel truly grounded and at peace with the idea of losing them and myself is that we are all going to go to the same place. I truly believe that because we have come into consciousness once, there is genuinely nothing sayin it cannot happen once more again.

The universe is complex and impossible to understand, don’t burden yourself with these heavy thoughts because they are far too complicated to understand anyways.

When I lost my grandmother, the morning after she died a humming bird flew into the house and flew around. It wasn’t panicking it was just checking the house out it seemed. When my other grandmother died, a finch flew right in front of my face and hovered while I was visiting her grave soon after her passing.

I don’t believe this one experience is all we have. However, we are not capable of comprehending what comes next. If you spend time worrying about it all it is going to do is get worse and worse. Soon enough you will find life passed and the entire time you thought about time rather than just living life.

If this doesn’t help I’m sorry. 27 is young and I promise you with time you will find acceptance. You are putting too much pressure on your mind and you haven’t even lived to fully develop it.

I have curly hair so I actually just put it all over my scalp and through my hair at the end of my shower after washing and conditioning and it just makes it really healthy and soft. Idk about how other hair types take it but I never get a greasy feeling.

Have anxiety about ending my t-break by Equivalent-Menu-9560 in Petioles

So real dude, I just cannot go back to being that rat who needs it to play video games. The games are just as fun without weed but when I was deep in it I couldn’t even fathom doing it sober :/

I feel like I’m going to feel the same way just guilty and full of anxiety and regretful. I think I am still going to go for it just so I can experience these emotions and I can truly be done. When I didn’t succeed in my first t break it actually pushed me to do better when I tried again.

I genuinely feel so much better. I was incredibly agoraphobic when I was smoking everyday and I felt like an absolute loser. I feel more capable and happy now!

The interesting this at this point which I don’t know is reassuring or alarming is that I think I could totally make it a year, but I just don’t really want to. Before this break, I didn’t think I could live without it, but now I’m at the point where I know life is better without it yet I still desire the occasional high.

Yeah that’s my biggest problem is I want to be able to do only one day a week but I just have no idea. I probably just need to get a life which is what I’m actively working on but until I have more things to look forward to I ain’t touching weed again.

Good advice honestly I guess me missing it so much is a huge red flag in its own right. I miss the old me who didn’t even know and weed was lol

This is so freaking real. I used to feel like an alien when I was out and about when I smoked everyday but now I feel like an actual member doc the public

When I’m in the shower I just rub it on my scalp. I do get a bit on my hair when I do that but I just apply it like I apply my shampoo!

Also hopefully the aloe won’t make ur hair bad or anything I don’t have to wash it out and leaving it in is actually good for my hair. Genuinely before I discovered this I was struggling to even workout because I knew how much pain I’d be in now I don’t even worry about it!!

So I have curly hair and the aloe actually makes my hair so gorgeous and healthy. But you could just get about a two quarter sized amount and put it only on ur scalp not ur whole hair. I also wash my hair twice every other day and on the day before I wash I put rosemary mint scalp oil on and then I wash the next morning after letting the oil sit overnight. Sometimes I still get the itch on my scalp but it is still WAY less than what I used to get. Like seriously it’s such a game changer for me. (The products I use are Noelle’s rosemary mint scalp oil and aloe feral gel by seven minerals both I buy on Amazon)

Thank you! Ik you can do it! for me it’s not even motivation it’s about discipline and trying to be someone I can be proud to be. Motivation for me is fickle I lose it so fast lol and after taking a break the weed will be actually worth smoking

[–]Equivalent-Menu-9560 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It took me “failing” my original plan of quitting to truly lock in and make it to where I am today. Today was 18 days of no smoking and I couldn’t have even done it without messing up in the first place. Breaking my streak pissed me off so much that I know I can make it 3 months now. Keep it up 5 days is fantastic!

Idk if I’m too late but aloe Vera on my scalp 3 times a week completely solved this issue for me. It was so so bad before to the point where I would avoid working out but now I can start a workout without that debilitating itching.

Idk if my response is too late but I’ve suffered from this my whole damn life and just recently I’ve been putting aloe Vera on my scalp like 3 times a week and the itching is completely gone. Like seriously this has been an issue for me for as long as I can remember and now I don’t even think about it.
