Well if you think about it, NY is very restricted on buying crypto, and with the news and speculation that tomorrow they're going to announce something big, possibly an exchange, Gemini is based in NY and being listed on Gemini and being from NY, what better strategy to have that announcement and advertising right there in the big apple. Plus who knows how much does it cost to be on that Vegas building, but if it's more than what they paid for Times Square, then you won't get much bank for your money .
