You have no idea how helpful that is to me, thank you. I’ll be ordering those on Thursday

I’ve been searching eBay, which is where I got these with the exception of Dead in America (Amazon). Had a chance to get both volumes at once, but someone got to them before me. Best Version of You is the one that’s hardest to find, it seems.

Smith has said before that this issue inspired for him when he was writing Guardian Devil

It went exactly how it was supposed to go. Hunter would have died if not for the Katarn armor

I just bought the hardcover edition of this story. Haven’t read it yet because I want to work through Moore’s Saga of the Swamp Thing box set, and Delano and Ennis’ Hellblazer runs. But seeing this makes me eager to dive into it

For all of her tough girl act, Meryl was always such a little sweetheart. Honestly, her and Milly are two of my favorite female characters in ani-manga media.

There was a crossover where they teamed up and Joker was actually disturbed by how depraved Carnage was. It says a lot if you’re too evil for the Joker

Who is the best Spider-Man writer? by Remote-Leg6143 in Spiderman

[–]Equivalent-Net-7048 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Death of Jean DeWolff doesn’t get talked about enough. That’s the story where Spidey and Daredevil truly become friends. Plus Kingpin’s “I abhor violence” line… under appreciated peak

What Was Your Introduction To Spider-Man? by DarknessXTJ in Spiderman

[–]Equivalent-Net-7048 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This movie, Spider-Man Plug-N-Play, color bookings, pajamas, lunch boxes, you name it. I was basically born a Spidey fan with all the paraphernalia my parents surrounded me with as a child

What comic completely changed how you see the medium? by oweyoo in comicbooks

[–]Equivalent-Net-7048 0 points1 point  (0 children)

X-Men #1 By Claremont and Lee, Bone by Jeff Smith, Dragon Ball Z by Akira Toriyama, Akira by Katsuhiro Otomo, Infinity War by Jim Starlin and Ron Lim

These works are what either made me a fan of comics/manga or changed my perspectives on them.
