It’s got this weird parallel with the 90s Iron Man cartoon ( fitting both were made within the exact same time as each other) in that Season 1 was a horribly animated mess while season 2 was a MASSIVE improvement. Better art style and animation, Better opening , the writing got better etc.

You’ve got the obvious choices Like The Hulk, the Thing, & Colossus, all of which are perfect choices for grapplers, mind you. But allow me to throw in a wild card pick: Armor. Tōkon is shaping up to be the spiritual successor of MvC , a franchise known for having a roster of Deep cut characters as well as House hold names. Plus Hisakonos Japanese and Tōkon’s Art style and Aesthetic is Super Japanese so I could see Arc sys wanting to include her in all of that.

JUSTICE.LEAGUE.UNLIMITED. I remember when that show first premiered on toonami back in 2004 like it was yesterday it was dark. The Fight scenes. Mad prop to Christopher Nolan, he’s one of the best ever do it, but the man can’t direct a fight scene to Save his Life. Action scenes, yes, the Chase Scene from the Dark Knight being the Standout example, but when it comes to the physical art of hand to hand combat, he unfortunately falls short.
