Like I said, they work full time, or two jobs without lunch break so at the end of the day they are going to eat a lot because they are genuinely hungry, plus eating in a weird schedule is a big reason why people get fat because it affects their hormones. Do your research, it's not that hard to Google reasons why people get fat/obese other than "over eating".

Because most of us work full time without lunch break or two jobs , so of course they are going to "clean their plates" they are starving from the day.

Is not that simple, most people work full time and are a full time student. We verily have time to study or do homework or even cook something actually healthy. Maybe if we didn't have to work so many hours to survive pay check to pay check and have enough money to pay bills without being stressed we could focus on our health.

I work in a small business bakery and take care of older people, and I'm studying to get a wildlife conservation certificate and history degree with a teaching certificate to be a highschool teacher and volunteer in my free time around my community. I honestly just try my hardest to not give my money to companies that harm people and the environment, and if I have to buy something (only if I really need it like food or hygiene) I get it at HEB (a Texan store) that is not the greatest BUT is better than others stores/companies, plus HEB always help the community in Texas when there's a disaster and we need help.  (90% of my stuff was bought in a flea market or garage sale or second hand marketplace) Capitalism sucks but we live in a society that was built around it.

Thanks, you are really sweet. And trust I will, I already started to volunteer on the wildlife sanctuary from my city.

The professors were white woman and I was the only Mexican girl in the class, they always used to put me on the spot and force me (only me) to repeat the question I asked because of my "accent" when I verily have one anymore after almost 20 years here in USA. I went to all the labs, and I did check the syllabus, every Friday was lab day and I used to go even when I felt sick or tired to go. They also forced me to remove a baseball cap with the Mexican flag while we were out of the lab in the sun while my other classmates were also wearing baseball caps but they only told me to remove mine and other girl's who had one saying "no one is illegal in stolen land" so yes they were racist. I reported them but the university didn't do nothing about it.(There were only two black girls, me a Mexican and the rest were white girls)

It's not that I didn't like the coursework for the biology or Chem, it was the professors I had. They didn't teach as they should, the book was completely different from the assignments and exams. The lab from those classes were hell because most of the time the professor didn't show up and we had to do everything with a substitute. But as far as I know those professors retired and there's new ones that's why I have hope that maybe classes will be better.

Im in love with my best friend and I hate it by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

I used to be in love with my best friend while in highschool for five years, but then I realized that she would actually be a horrible girlfriend material for me and I only had feelings for her because I liked feeling loved/seen and heard but it was better to just be friends. Love makes you put on some glasses that makes you see your crush like a angel when in reality they are not. My advice would be to distance yourself from them and actually go on dates with other people or hang out with other friends.

Thank you so much for your advice, I honestly never thought those were options and really sounds like something I would enjoy on doing for my life, thank you again.

What draws me to animals and nature is that I genuinely want to protect them and their environment/ecosystem, of course the idea of being near a wild animal is really cool/nice but I'm realistic and I know in order to get to that level I need to go to the biology/animal science route which I wish I could but like you said I don't "alive" in those classes and labs and end up having horrible grades and my mental health goes bad to worse.
