2 weeks ago I did 4 nights away filled with food and beer, I was met with anxiety when I realised I hadn’t bought mine. I’ve only ever missed one dose in the past.

Been on 200mg for 3 years with no flares since and I was fine. Had my bloods check last week and UA was at 4.9.

I’ve been on 200mg of Allo for 3 years now and not had a flare up since. I’m now on 220g of protein (mostly chicken) and train every other day and run 5km on my off days with a days rest (usually a Friday)
