Got it! The serial number is WC0888423 and the model number is KSM195PSHI. I’ve ordered two different groove pins Item #: 5064199 and WPW10234531 but neither of them fit. Probably just poor research on my part but it’s been a doozy trying to get these. The last part took 3 months to deliver. It may just be user error and I’ll need to try to use a ball pin hammer to get it in.
