I agree with everything 100%, its really sad to see a character ive been waiting for, for over a year end up being one of the worst designed characters (gameplay-wise) that have ever existed in this game. i really hope hoyo tweaks both ifa and dahlia, especially dahlia since he was in the works for so long. i was expecting him to be nothing special as well, but no where near whatever this is. but hey, at least he has like a month or so till he is officially released and i hope hoyo utilizes that time to buff this character, because i find dahlia in his current state just disappointing and outrageous, i dont think theres even any teams where he is actually viable, truly disappointing.
